On the heels of 2005's blockbuster The 40-Year-Old Virgin, writer/director Judd Apatow again serves up a hilarious comedy about a one-night stand with unexpected consequences!
Allison Scott (Katherine Heigl) is an up-and-coming entertainment journalist whose 24-year-old life is on the fast track. But it gets seriously derailed when a drunken one-nighter with slacker Ben Stone (Seth Rogen) results in an unwanted pregnancy. Faced with the prospect of going it alone or getting to know the baby's father, Allison decides to give the lovable doof a chance.
An overgrown kid who has no desire to settle down, Ben learns that he has a big decision to make with his kid's mom-to-be: will he hit the road or stay in the picture? Courting a woman you've just "Knocked Up," however, proves to be a little difficult when the two try their hands at dating. As they discover more about one another, it becomes painfully obvious that they're not the soul mates they'd hoped they might be!

On Play now for £3.99, it would be a shame not to make the most of this price.
Funny man Seth Rogan (Superbad) returns again with another quirky comedy. It's new territory for him with the romance element, making this film a right all rounder to appeal to the lads and ladies.
Storyline follows Allison Scott's (Grey's Anatomy's Katherine Heigl) pregnancy after a celebratory one night stand with unemployed, slightly overweight nerd, Ben (Rogan).
It follows a sort of "girl meets geek and learns to love him" recipe with a baby thrown in as incentive.
The laughs are funny, but not ultimately memorable. The storyline is cute, but it won't change your life. The performances arn't bad, if a little bit watery.
At 3.99, i'd say buy it, watch it with a few mates, enjoy it, then shove it on your DVD rack.

I can't really put my finger on what it was in this film that made me like it so much but there was definately something, humour throughout with our main male lead fitting the part perfectly..the extended edition contains all those bits you missed at the cinema and you will find you would've missed quite a bit, this film is def worth a watch..
