There are lots of good things about this phone but there are some bad things about this phone
Good points:
- The styling is good
- It is a walkman phone so it has a great MP3 player
- The bluetooth works very well and it sends things easily
- The camera and video are both very good
- The buttons are easy to use
Bad point:
- The battery runs out too quickly

I got this phone sometime last year. it is a good phone, software wise etc. It never crashed or anything.
HOWEVER, I wasn't pleased with the build quality. The number keys kept snapping in half - which I didn't find acceptable. I had about 4 replacements and it kept on happening - I eventually got my service provider to exchange the w580 for a different model with no key-snapping problems.
