Would definately recommend it to anyone not wanting to sign up to a contract.

I am now going to buy another 2 dongles for myself and my grandaughter.

You can change how much you want to spend each month so if you are going to use it a lot buy more credit just for the month that you use it then the next month go back to £10.

You can use it everywhere it is very versatile.

I have used this modem for over a year whenever I am away from home with laptop. It is brilliant! yes now and again signal can be poor - so can your mobile. Its fast and its good. Don't regret buying look at other rates for similar...then you wont complain! Happy surfing.

I own one but didn't buy it from play. I wish i had as the price is the only thing that makes it worth buying.

For those of you new to wireless broadband, you will find the connection speeds patchy at best. The 30 day expirery is nothing short of daylight robbery and 3 should be ashamed. Can you imagine buying a tin of beans that refused to open after 30 days?
I didn't realise about the 30 day expirery and wasn't informed at the time of purchase. At least play customers have been warned.

Everything wrong with this device would normally mean that i would advise you to steer clear. The fact that play are offering it at a discount will make the minus points less of an issue.

If you think you can get rid of your fixed line broadband by buying this. Forget it!

??? when you top up £10 does it run out when the 30days are up or can the credit run out before.

Has anyone any experience of using this service with a Mac?

Just my order this week. It is a huawei e220 hsdpa usb modem.

It painlessly installed and ran on my asus eee pc which runs a flavour of linux. No additional software was needed.

No problems installing this USB modem on both my Toshiba Laptops with XP & Vista,quite fast in this area,ideal for occasional use and backup,only wish that the top-ups were not limited to 30 days unlike 3 mobile phone top-ups.
Great price £10 less then RRP& Delivery within 2 days.
Once more Play.com comes up with the goods at the best price.
