Phone arrived day after payment, very easy to use ,don't understand why any one has a problem with the k- pad lock just hold the star ( * ) key down and its done,the one on bottom left with the lock symbol , if you need ring tones just bluetooth them from another phone its the fastest way, tones are loud , signal is good were it was no good in other phone, all in all a good work phone made to last ,lookforward to the new sonim xp3.

Simply fantastic phone, great if you want a phone for just using with no gadgets. There should be no bad reviews for this in my opinion!!!
